• Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to promote our solar products and achieve revenue targets. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development. Set clear objectives, track performance, and conduct regular reviews to drive team success.
• Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our solar products, including their features, benefits, and applications.

Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate this knowledge into sales strategies and team training.

• Customer Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyse sales metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and team activities.

Prepare regular reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Market Development: Identify and target new market segments and business opportunities.

Develop and execute plans to enter and expand in these markets, leveraging product knowledge and industry insights.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with broader company goals. Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs to inform product improvements.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of market dynamics. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales tools, materials, and resources that support the sales team in their efforts. Ensure that sales representatives have access to up-to-date information and resources to effectively promote our products.
