Sales Manager (Solar )

- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to promote our solar products and achieve revenue targets. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development. Set clear objectives, track performance, and conduct regular reviews to drive team success.
- Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our solar products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Customer Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyse sales metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and team activities.
- Market Development: Identify and target new market segments and business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with broader company goals. Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs to inform product improvements.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of market dynamics. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales tools, materials, and resources that support the sales team in their efforts. Ensure that sales representatives have access to up-to-date information and resources to effectively promote our products.
Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Sales management within the solar energy industry: 5 years (Preferred)
