Sales Marketing Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Our client is a leading supplier to the construction and development industries in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieving budgeted sales volume through extensive market coverage and close rapport with customer, meeting targeted collection and reduce the risk of bad debts.
- To provide up-to-date market information on other customers and market condition on the industry.
- To handle telephone enquiries, troubleshooting problems and complaints from customers.
- To have close contact with customers.
- Determine customer needs and provide responsive answers to customer enquiries.
- To perform any other duties that the Management may assign from time to time.
- To assist in any other duties during the absent of other staff.
- To be responsible for upkeep of filing system in Sales Department.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work under stress with strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced environment independently.
- Required language(s): English, Malay, Cantonese and Mandarin is compulsory.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
