Immigration Consultant (Mandarin Speaker)

Our client is specializing in Malaysia work permits for foreigners and recruitment services, including Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) applications. Their goal is to deliver speedy, affordable, and high-quality immigration services for clients in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile, review and summarize large quantities of data for superior, customer and reporting needs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with clients to gather information, answer inquiries and provide regular updates on case progress in a clear and professional manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding their immigration and visa options based on current immigration laws and policies.
- Generate clear, well-written emails, proposals, letters and forms, adhering to immigration requirements and ensuring accuracy.
- Perform data entry and upload documents into the immigration system, maintaining organized and up-to-date case records and databases.
- Oversee the status of immigration cases on a daily basis, recording and tracking important dates, deadlines and milestones for each case.
- Coordinate with government agencies and other entities involved in the immigration process, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations by reviewing case documents for completeness and accuracy, identifying and addressing any potential issues or inconsistencies.
- Achieve high levels of customer service by proactively responding to client queries and providing updates on application status, advising clients on their immigration and visa needs.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings, as well as assisting with documentation for invoicing and other administrative tasks related to immigration cases.
- Meet assigned targets and goals set by management.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
- 1-3 years of experience in immigration support or a related field.
- Minimum Education Level: Candidates should possess at least a bachelors degree, diploma, certificate, or other recognized qualifications from a tertiary education institution, demonstrating relevant skills and knowledge for the position.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Malay.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry and the ability to work with various systems.
- A keen understanding of immigration laws and regulations.
- A customer-centric approach and a desire to provide exceptional service.
