Job Description:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plan to increase distribution channels/points and achieve revenue targets
• Responsible of trade accounts success including tailoring promotional strategies to achieve the sales target, executing channel/brand plans and maximize return on promotional investments
• Strengthen client relationships especially with key accounts and buyers to secure repeat business and drive new sales opportunities
• Manage sales, forecast and reports to identify gaps and rapidly adjust sales or marketing strategies for continuous improvement
• Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels (ATL, BTL, digital, print, in-store activations, events etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
• Oversee digital marketing strategies - SEO, SEM, email, social media, website, blog etc.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the brand's reach and relevance
• Manage the marketing budget, monitor and report on campaign performance to ensure optimum ROI and brand profitability
• Set objectives and performance metrics for team members and foster a collaborative work environment
• Stay updated on consumer and marketing trends, especially those relevant to our target market

Requirements:

• Min 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing or business development, with 2 years in marketing manager role, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admi, Media, Communications, or related field
• Prior experience in FMCG/healthcare/women products or account management in an advertising agency, is preferred
• Strong understanding of brand management and marketing mix - a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications for brand activation
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing campaigns
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• A genuine passion for women’s health and a desire to make a positive impact
• Language Proficiency: English, Mandarin
