Job Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the brand's goals and objectives, both online and offline
• Identify and develop strategic marketing partnership/campaign plans with the objective of getting brand awareness and improving outlet sales
• Take charge of all partnerships, collaborations, on ground events, campaigns and promotions
• Create engaging social media content to grow social media presence and increase traffic and engagement
• Plan, track and analyze performance of marketing campaigns to ensure successful campaign execution, meeting all KPIs and deliverables
• Involve in photo and video shooting and video editing
• Develop advertising, promotional, sales support materials and other collaterals
• Stay updated on marketing trends and topical news, especially those relevant to our target market
• Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or business development role, preferably in FMCG/healthcare/women products; or from an advertising agency ideally in account management
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and passion for storytelling
• Strong understanding of marketing trends and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• A genuine passion for women’s health and a desire to make a positive impact in this space
• Language Proficiency: English, Mandarin
