Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP ABAP, particularly in both S/4HANA and ECC environments. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing ABAP solutions to enhance and optimize SAP systems in alignment with business requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and implement ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in SAP systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain custom SAP programs and solutions, ensuring they adhere to best practices and coding standards.
- Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and system integrations, as well as support and troubleshoot SAP applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor and optimize performance of ABAP programs and SAP systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, including new features and functionalities in S/4HANA.
Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with hands-on experience in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in ABAP programming, including ALV Reports, Module Pool Programming, BAPI, BADI, IDoc, and Smart Forms.
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques, such as LSMW and BODS, is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills:**
- SAP certification in ABAP or related areas.
- Experience with SAP HANA database concepts and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of SAP module-specific enhancements and integrations (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO).
