Job Description
My client from aviation industry is seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in SAP FICO with a strong background in S/4HANA, including successful implementations and migrations. This role involves working on critical SAP FICO projects, providing expertise in financial accounting and controlling modules to ensure seamless integration and optimization within our SAP S/4HANA environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SAP FICO implementations and migrations in an S/4HANA environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) to meet the needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and system designs.
• Conduct system testing, data migration, and validation to ensure accurate and efficient migration of financial data to S/4HANA.
• Provide expert guidance and support during all phases of the project lifecycle, including project planning, execution, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO functionality, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO and S/4HANA developments, trends, and best practices to recommend and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with at least two successful implementations and migrations in an S/4HANA environment.
• Proven expertise in configuring SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules, including core functions and advanced configurations.
• Experience with S/4HANA migration tools and techniques, with a solid understanding of data migration strategies and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
