Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma in Logistic / Industrial Logistic / Logistic & Freight Forwarding Management.
- Posses basic Seafreight forwarding Customer Service knowledge.
- Familiarise with the freight forwarding international commercial terms (Incoterms).
- Applicant must be willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
Job Scope:
- Finding carriers for special cargo/shipment.
- Place bookings with liner.
- Monitor shipment from booking until cargo arrive at destination.
- Issue bill of lading.
- Get invoice from shipping line and other vendor for payment arrangement.
- Filing job files.
- Make calls to follow up next orders from shippers/suppliers.
- Working together with freight forwarding agent for custom clearance and delivery/pick-up required.
- Follow up with overseas agent to get cargo update until clearance to consignee.
- Follow up term payment from customer.
- Sending pre-alerts documents to overseas agent, courier documents to customers.
-Import jobs – request NOA, send correction manifest, liaise with shipper and forwarding agent and transporter for clearance until cargo deliver.
