Our ‘B2B Travel Wholesale’ business model is unique as we offer our partners ready-made products and packages, with advertisements and promotions support.
With the expanding of our Company’s business, we are looking for a potentials Secretary to be part of our unique teams.
The Secretary plays a vital role in ensuring the executive office runs smoothly. They manage schedules, communications, and documentation, allowing the Managing Director to focus on strategic priorities. The Secretary’s role is to support the Director’s productivity and help maintain efficient office operations.
Salary Range: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 (Depending on experience)
Reporting to: Managing Director
Location Based: Wisma New Asia ( 8 ), Jalan Raja Chulan, Bukit Bintang, 50200 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and accurate information dissemination.
  • Prepare, review, and manage documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment, manage office, and coordinate with other departments to support overall office functionality.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and partners, representing the Managing Director in a professional manner and handling inquiries and requests efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in the travel industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with office equipment and software.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintaining privacy.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant educational background (e.g., diploma or degree in business administration or a related field) is preferred.
  • Possessed pleasant personality and friendly attitude which able to deal with any level of authority

Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
