JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safeguard the security and safety of the hospital premises, staff, patients, and visitors, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, guests, and patients with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage traffic flow, parking operations, and ensure the smooth coordination of emergency vehicle access.
• Monitor and respond promptly to security alerts and incidents, including using surveillance systems, alarm systems, and digital tools.
• Participate actively in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives, risk management programs, safety drills, and emergency preparedness activities.
• Maintain detailed security reports and ensure accurate incident documentation.
• Assist in any additional tasks or assignments as directed by your supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum with SPM certificate or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of related working experience.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Healthy, fit with good visual acuity and able to work under stress.
• Able to work shift and rotate between day and night shifts.
• Friendly and possess good communication skills.
• This position is open to both male and female applicants.
