Senior/ Junior Trademark Executive (Office Action)

- Main job scope is preparing Office Action.
- Provide preliminary advice on the registration and protection of trademarks in multiple jurisdictions.
- Report official objections/third party oppositions with advice and response strategies.
- Prepare and draft written representation in English & Mandarin language contesting official objections/third party oppositions.
- Conduct trademark searches, registrations, and opposition proceedings.
- Manage procedures of trademark applications.
- Draft submission for filing with trademark office in Malaysia /worldwide.
- Monitor status of the pending trademark applications filed worldwide
- Liaise with clients and foreign agents
- Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent
- Around 1 years’ experience of Intellectual Property (Office Action) matters
- Work independently and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent command in Mandarin, Cantonese & English (Supporting HK Office).
- Work life balance.
- Company phone provided.
- EPF SOCSO, Annual Leaves, Medical Leaves etc.
- Medical Claims

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00AM to 06.00PM
- Onsite working.
- Address: KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
