Senior Marketing Executive/ Brand & Content Marketing Executive
Contract Role in Malaysia
Responsibilities:
This role focuses on ideating, coordinating and executing marketing projects and campaigns for Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. He/ she will be based in Malaysia, forming part of the SEA marketing team and report directly to the Head of Marketing (SEA) who is based in Singapore. Being a global team, he/she will have opportunities to collaborate with external marketing agencies, partners, Global Marketing (Centre of Excellence) as well as SEA team (commercial, sales, partnerships, account managers, marketing, product).
Job description

• Brand Engagements & Marketing Initiatives - Run events, creative initiatives with effective messaging and storytelling to drive client engagements and resonance in Malaysia.

• Content Creation & Lead Generation - Work on creating value-added visual and written content, such as customer case studies, testimonies, blog content, co-partnership content, social media copies, educational videos across channel mix.

• Integrated Marketing Campaigns - Plan, localise, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, SEO, promotions.

• Website Support - Work with website team to copywrite, localise and optimise new and existing landing pages for Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.

Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing role, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce industry
• Experienced in supporting one of these three markets: Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written English, and fluent in one other Southeast Asia language - Thai language or Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with our stakeholders
• Proactive, results-oriented, with project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Thinking ‘Customer first’, and empathetic towards the customers’ pain points and challenges
• Thrive in a fast-pace working environment and openness to changes
• Comfortable working in a cross-cultural working environment and a SEA local culture lover

• Bonus: Design and copywriting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
