We are looking for a dynamic and motivated to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding retail stores as Service Point Acquisition. The ideal candidate will help offer retail stores as parcel collection and drop-off services for Shopee sellers and buyers within a 250-meter radius.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target eligible retail stores within a 250-meter radius as potential SPX Service Points.
Engage and close deals with retail stores based on locations assigned by telemarketers.
Manage the acquisition process, including:
Contract signing
Delivery of Point of Service Materials (POSM)
Onboarding and training of retail partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure long-term cooperation.
Track and report on acquisition progress to meet targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience in retail, sales, or face-to-face (F2F) cold selling.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic proficiency in English.
Ability to work independently and meet goals.
Fresh graduate are welcoming
Mandarin speaker is a bonus point
