Job Responsibility

• Greeting and attending to customers, taking orders, and providing information about the menu.

• Accurately entering orders into the system and relaying them to the kitchen.

• Serving food and drinks to customers promptly and with proper etiquette.

• Keeping tables and the dining area clean and organized.

• Processing customer payments and handling cash or credit card transactions.

• Assisting other staff members during busy periods.

Job Requirements

• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic math skills for handling payments.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

• Working location: Georgetown, Penang (Near KOMTAR)

Salary RM1,850.00 (inc allowance)

Morning Shift : 6:30am-2:30am
Night Shift : 6pm - 2am
