Job description
Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead an end-to-end solar project management and engineering design work, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
• Showcase your proficiency in Auto CAD by producing top-quality PV system design and layout drawings, tailored to meet client requirements and project specifications.
• Spearhead the entire project execution process, meticulously planning and monitoring each implementation phase, from engineering design through construction to testing & commissioning.
• Prepare all project-related documentation, including client contracts, progress reports, and necessary documents for project approval by government agencies.
• Oversee site preparation and management, creating comprehensive construction schedules, conducting site meetings with clients and sub-contractors, and supervising contractors' system installation work.
• Coordinate and arrange testing & commissioning activities, ensuring seamless handover documentation assessment.
• Deliver professional and high-quality engineering and project management services to clients throughout the project lifecycle, offering periodic reporting and technical consultancy.

Requirements:
Academic Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Engineering (Electrical) degree..

Experiences :

• Minimum 1 year of engineering design experience in relevant field.
• Candidates with Solar PV Installation / Project Management / Construction experience will be given priority.
• Young, energetic, creative and passionate about green technology.
• Good proficiency in professional setting languages.
• Valid driving license and has own vehicle.
• Willing to travel (West Malaysia Peninsular) and work on site.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
