Responsibilities:

• Candidate must be able to coordinate site works for one (1) or more construction sites.
• Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
• Must be good in handling of site administration (e.g., site diary record, progress report, request for information, drawing interpretation, VO record, site measurement etc.).
• Receive and check materials quality and quantity delivered to site.
• Verify and get approval on Delivery Order (DO) of materials arrived at site with representative of Main Contractor.
• Verify and get approval on monthly progress claims with Main Contractor before the stipulated deadline.
• Liaison and attend site meetings with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with Clients, Sub-cons, and related parties to ensure all works carried out accordingly to the projects requirement and meet the completion time.
• Responsible to manage materials, machineries, tools, and site equipment effectively.
• Ensure that staff and sub-contractors carry out their work in a safely manner.

Requirement(s):

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Others)/Forestry or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
• Candidate possess good command of Mandarin speaking will be added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Candidate with relevant working experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills and execution abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
