We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Spa & Fitness Asst. Manager who is open to relocating to various locations such as Kuantan, Pahang. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious 4-star or 5-star hotel across multiple locations in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of Spa and Fitness operations, including programs, services, operating hours, facilities, and staff management.
• Provide hands-on expertise in massage techniques, slimming techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and face/body treatments.
• Collaborate with the management team and staff to ensure effective execution of spa activities, enhancing both guest and employee satisfaction while optimizing financial performance.
• Apply best practices and stay informed about beauty trends to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, assist in staff training, and manage inventory efficiently.
• Serve as a liaison between the spa and internal and external stakeholders.
• Train employees on all service and maintenance procedures.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree or Diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Spa Supervisor/Assistant Spa Manager or in a similar role.
• Aesthetic qualifications in treatments and training are highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent social and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Availability to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
