Key Duties:
The primary role is to perform treatments to CHI standards, always maintaining a professional and high-quality level of service whilst assisting the guest at every stage of their spa experience. To epitomize the essence of CHI with a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude, extending beyond the guest expectation. They must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all treatments/packages offered to the guests as well as service procedures.

Requirement:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Spa Therapy, CIBTAC, Cedesco, SKM, or equivalent.
2-3 years of working experience in 5-star hotel/resort standard spas or related fields of beauty and wellness.
Knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
A passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay or other languages is an advantage.
