Work you’ll do

Assist the team in delivering proposals and projects relating to enterprise risks covering integrated risk management framework, corporate governance and business resilience
Assist the team in developing research oriented thought leadership publications
Assist in the provision of specialised input and undertake the delivery of work to assist clients in implementing corporate governance practices and managing risk in accordance with the risk appetite
Assist in the conduct of board evaluation, board remuneration review and moderation of general meeting proceedings for clients
Contribute input on matters relating to business continuity management, disaster recovery and crisis management
Conduct research on emerging topics
Assist in the conduct of capacity building programmes (e.g. trainings and workshops)

Requirements

A Bachelor or Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or related fields
Possess basic level of understanding on risk management and corporate governance
Familiarity with internationally adopted risk management frameworks and corporate governance standards
Possessing basic knowledge of both local and global developments covering economic, social and governance issues would be an added advantage
