Full job description

• Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
• Keep an organised allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store.
• Perform stock related duties like returning, packing, labelling and pricing goods.
• Ensure storage of goods follow the first in first out (FIFO) method.
• Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
• Mediating any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalating the situation.
• Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
• Handling shipment and stocks both local and oversea.
• Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage.
• Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement.

Skills & Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Must have basic knowledge for computer (Words & Excel)
• Minimum 1-2 years storage experience (incoming and outgoing shipment)
• Basic knowledge for computer (Words & Excel)

• Able to handle big shipment (local/overseas)
• Good time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
• Strong written, communication and presentation skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
