Job Scope:

• Customer service: Greet customer and attend customer motorcycle problem
• Explain what services do shop offer
• Consult: Check and suggest to customer any repairs or maintenance needed
• Schedule appointment with customer through Whats App or call
• Inform cost: Estimate the cost of repairing and inform customer.
• Part ordering: Prepare order for parts needed for repairing.
• Update customer: Keep update customer progress of the motorcycle if still under repairing, and update if any extra cost repair needed.
• Offering extra services: Suggest for any additional services that could benefit the motorcycle.
• Dealing with warranty: Assist customer in warranty claims and make sure the motorcycle is still under warranty or vice versa.
• Checking quality: To make sure customer motorcycle is done and inform customer for any return.
• Keeping up records: Keep track and monitor all services which is completed liaise with workshop and make sure it is organized
• Sell Item in Online Plateform, Like Shopee, Facebook Marketplace, FB Group.

Requirement:
Minimum SPM.
Possess own transport.
Have Passion in Motorcycle.
Preferably one (1) years of experience and above in related field is added advantage.
