Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Overview:
Responsible for ensuring the successful process and product release of new electrical and electronic components, with a particular focus on advanced lighting technology and production processes. This involves close collaboration with various teams, including Project Team and Integrated Supply Chain Team prior to the start of production.
Job Requirements:

Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Physics or related fields.
At least 5 years of working experience in industrial section including at least 2 years in a quality-related role.
VDA 6.3 auditor certification preferred.
Proven experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
Fluent in English.
Proven experience in conducting process audits, full cycle of new component development and in Semiconductors and Electronic Components.
Strong team spirit and proficient in analysis and synthesis, with the ability to propose solutions, take ownership, handle pressure, and manage supplier relationships.
Strong understanding of IATF 16949 Quality Standard, Quality, Environmental, Sustainability, and Safety requirements.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas in necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Are you familiar with Advance Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process?
Years of experience in Process Audit?
Do you have VDA 6.3 certificate?
Do you have knowledge in the quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D and etc?
Do you have knowledge in IATF 16949?

Willingness to travel:
