KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sustainability
Develop and follow ARYZTA’s sustainability policies and procedures, to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the wellbeing of oneself and others in the workplace. Identify patterns of non-sustainable adherent behaviour within the team and take appropriate action to resolve these, escalating serious issues as appropriate.
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
Support the development and follow ARYZTA’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policies, procedures and mandatory instructions, to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the wellbeing of oneself and others in the workplace. Identify patterns of risky behaviour within the team and take appropriate action to resolve these, escalating serious issues as appropriate.
Regulatory and Compliance Management
Investigate all kinds of incidents and reports, and provide expert advice to more senior colleagues. Minimize risk exposures and ensure adherence with regulatory standards by working with all internal functions to make sure compliance programs are properly implemented.
Audit Compliance
Deliver audit assignments in nominated client areas. Develop individual audit plans and detailed scope, deliver the fieldwork, report findings and opinions, agree on corrective actions with auditees, and escalate serious or contentious issues.
Training, Information and Business Advice
Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy. Deploy a Sustainability training programme to drive continued education on sustainability across ARYZTA.
Data Collection and Analysis
Collate and analyse data using pre-set tools, methods and formats. Involves working independently.
Insights and Reporting
Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports.
Document Preparation
Organise and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
Personal Capability Building
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
GENERAL EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (3 years & above) preferably in the manufacturing environment
MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE
Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (1-2 years)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
