• To assist and support superior on planning, co-ordination and execution of annual reporting involving development of timelines, managing documentation for audit and future reference, coordinating data collection, identifying and managing vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and governance that relate to sustainability reporting and strategy.
• To support superior in stakeholders management and mobilisation on sustainability/annual integrated reporting and any other sustainability strategy initiatives.
• To support integrated/sustainability reporting projects and sustainability initiatives related to governance and secretariat duties.
• To assist superior on benchmarking, research and review areas related to sustainability aligning with upcoming industrial or regulatory trends for move forward planning and call for actions.
• Any other assignments related to sustainability reporting, projects/initiates as and when deemed necessary.

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in insurance, economics, finance, actuarial or relevant.
• Sustainability qualification is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience on managing sustainability disclosures or annual integrated reporting.
• Knowledge and experience in annual and sustainability reporting standards i.e. GRI, TCFD, ISSB S1 & S2.
• Writing and communication skills including report-writing (experience in annual report preparation/sustainability disclosure a plus).
• Exposure in insurance industry or financial industry is an added advantage.
