Role Description

• Responsible and ensure proper setting up and implementation of accounting system and records in accordance of the Group's accounting policies and statutory requirements.
• To develop and maintain group’s compliance framework to ensure internal practices adhere to applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Responsible for full compliance with the company's internal controls.
• Oversee daily operational functions of Finance Department, review work of Accounts Officers
• Banking & cash flow control - monitoring, projection and planning on all payment matters
• In charge of accounting software updates & liase with software provider(include sales & purchase modules)
• Responsible for the monthly management account, statutory report, tax compliances and other adhoc reports or analysis that required by management from time to time.
• Liaising with Head Office, bankers, auditors, tax agent and statutory bodies on accounting, financial and statutory related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and MS Office
• Minimum 6 years professional experience in Finance / Accounting or Taxation, and at least 3 years working experience in Financial management positions in manufacturing industry
• Experience with project management or account management
• Possessing learning experience or certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or ICAEW would be beneficial.
