1. Tea lady is in charge of setting up meeting rooms and preparing utensil, refreshment and beverage whenever necessary as well as serving of beverage to Management and Visitors as and when required.
2. Tea lady duties which include for meetings attendees and higher management and serving plus clearing up after meals for higher management and any office gatherings.
3. Responsible for office cleanliness, including moping, cleaning and wiping down all office area furniture, staff workplace, packing area, pantry, washrooms and etc.
4. Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the office environment and surrounding.
5. Upkeep of the pantry and common dining area especially after staff meals.
6. Ad hoc cleaning of other areas as and when requested.
7. Maintain and upkeep the office plants.
8. Disposal of waste bins and rubbish on daily basis.
9. Report of any malfunctioning equipment or items in office areas.
10. Helping in packing area whenever cleaning job is completed.
11. To accept any task as provided by superior and management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum academic qualification SPM or equivalent.
2. Converse well (Fluent) in Bahasa Malaysia
3. Multitasking, fit, healthy with cleaning ability.
4. Experience in cleaning and able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
5. Independent and good attitude.
6. Neat and pleasant personality.
7. Communicate with management and staff in a friendly manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
