The opportunity
The Lead Developer will oversee the Service Now development team, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain.


Your key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Service Now solutions, with a strong emphasis on GRC modules.
• Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure best practices and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies within the development team.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership in the integration of Service Now with other enterprise systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Service Now features, with a focus on GRC capabilities and financial services regulations.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in Service Now development, with a proven track record in GRC implementations.
• Service Now Certified Application Developer certification is required; additional certifications in GRC are highly valued.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing development teams.
• Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance requirements in Malaysia.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
