- Utilize our company's AI financial tools to deliver customized financial solutions over the phone, addressing each customer's individual financial needs and goals.
- Provide high standards of service by following presentation guidelines by given product fact sheet and sales script.
- To communicate effectively with customers over the phone and understand customer needs, find sales opportunities and achieve sales performance.
- Achieve monthly sales target
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- 1 year of telesales /financial sales working experience.
- Fluent in speaking Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malaysian citizens only.
- Age: 22 - 35
