Job Description:

• Utilize our company's AI financial tools to deliver customized financial solutions over the phone, addressing each customer's individual financial needs and goals.
• Provide high standards of service by following presentation guidelines by given product fact sheet and sales script.
• To communicate effectively with customers over the phone and understand customer needs, find sales opportunities and achieve sales performance.
• Achieve monthly sales target

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• 1 year of telesales /financial sales working experience.
• Fluent in speaking Bahasa Malaysia or English.
• Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Malaysian citizens only.
• Age: 22 - 35

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
