Qualifications

• Diploma / SPM or equivalent in any background of studies
• At least 1 year experience (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Malaysian Only

Job Descriptions

• Computer skills, proficient with MS Office Applications
• Knowledge/experience of book keeping process and financial management
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties to take messages
• Preparing document (invoice, delivery order, quotation, proposal)
• Performs regular secretarial duties, preparing correspondence and reports as requested by supervisor and composes draft letters following established formats
• Proficiency to write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
