Job Description

Responsible for welcoming trainees and completing icebreaking sessions
Responsible for on-site and online trainings of company products and soft skills for new hires as required
Responsible for providing existing employees cross trainings as required
Create training plan, training materials and assessments
Evaluate trainees, identify weaknesses, and prepare personalized training curriculum, provide training feedback to leader on a regular basis
Possesses effective delivery/training techniques and methods
Understanding of teaching methodology, processes, learning theories and inter-personal and group dynamics to deliver training program, as well as relevant tools
Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior/ management

Qualifications

Proven experience 2 years as a Customer Service Trainer, preferably in Contact Centre
In-depth knowledge of the training and sales process and best practices
Good communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Effective time management, with the ability to work under pressure
Flexible and able to adapt to changes in a fast-moving environment
High level/fluency in both written and verbal English
Experience in the customer service industry and ideally in a Contact Centre environment
Dedicated and passionate about giving great customer experience
Ability to connect with people quickly to build rapport and relationships
Team player – supporting and developing colleagues
Well organized and able to prioritize workload. Self-motivated with a drive to develop and support others

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Education:

STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
Quality assurance: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

Mandarin (Preferred)
English (Preferred)
