1. Merekod, mencatat aktiviti projek setiap hari dalam site diary
2. Mengatur kerja tukang atau pekerja binaan
3. Mengawal selia kerja di tapak
4. Mengawal dan menyemak mutu kerja
5. Mengawasi kerja dari segi kaedah binaan, cara pemasangan, kemasan
6. Penerimaan barang di tapak dan mengatur penyimpanan serta rekod, ia juga akan bekerjasama dengan kerani tapak
7. Melapor progress kerja kepada pengurus. Ia akan merekod peratus %, kuantiti kerja, membuat ukuran sub con dan memberi maklumat kepada pengurus projek.
