Role Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer and Developer, you will be responsible for both designing and developing user interfaces that deliver an intuitive and visually appealing experience across our HR tech solutions. You will work closely with product managers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life. The role demands a balance between creativity in design and technical skills in front-end development, ensuring smooth user interactions and overall product functionality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
• Collaborate with the product team to translate business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes, including user research, creating personas, journey mapping, and conducting usability tests.
• Implement front-end code (HTML, CSS, Java Script) and ensure seamless integration with back-end systems (Django).
• Work alongside developers to ensure design consistency and smooth user experience across all platforms.
• Optimize UI for performance and ensure design compatibility across various devices and browsers.
• Continuously iterate on design and development based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and integrate best practices into projects.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a design system to ensure brand consistency.
• Provide feedback and support during development sprints to ensure design intent is carried through to implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Strong command of UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or In Vision.
• Hands-on experience working with Django or similar back-end frameworks for front-end integration.
• Proven experience in user-centered design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications.
• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with animation and interactive design for web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with HR-related Saa S platforms or enterprise-level software design.
• Experience in creating design systems or working with component libraries.
• Understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization for front-end development.
