Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer with over 3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces and improving user experiences across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the front-end design with back-end development.
Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development: Create, improve, and implement user interfaces using modern design tools and front-end technologies, ensuring a visually appealing and functional experience.
Wireframes & Prototypes: Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather feedback, and iterate designs to meet user needs effectively.
Responsive Design: Ensure a consistent user experience across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) by implementing responsive and adaptive design principles.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, validate concepts, and ensure the delivery of top-notch user experiences.
Front-End Development: Implement designs using front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Java Script (React, Angular, or Vue), and other frameworks to ensure a seamless user interface.
Accessibility & Standards: Ensure the application follows the best practices for accessibility and conforms to W3C and WCAG guidelines.
Performance Optimization: Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and user satisfaction.
Design Systems: Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all platforms and products.

Who are we looking for?

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Developer or in a similar role.
Design Tools: Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Front-End Technologies: Strong experience in HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and popular Java Script frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Prototyping: Experience in building interactive prototypes for testing and concept validation.
Version Control: Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Collaboration Tools: Experience working with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, or similar.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in user research and usability testing.
Knowledge of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing and debugging.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
