URGENTLY HIRING! Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:
Education: Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not required.
Language Skills: Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
Issue Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Feedback Collection: Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our services.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of customer service.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Rotational shift
