JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin since it will be dealing with a Mandarin Speaker.
  • SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform under a high-paced working environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Handling all inbound calls, live chat, and emails pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products
  • Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Rotational shift
