- Able to communicate in Mandarin since it will be dealing with a Mandarin Speaker.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform under a high-paced working environment.
- Handling all inbound calls, live chat, and emails pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products
- Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
- Are you okay to work a 24-hour rotational shift?
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
- Mandarin (Required)
