I. Responsibilities & Authorities
- Receiving & Inspecting Goods:

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and match purchase orders.
• Verify quantities and documents receipt information accurately.

- Storage & Organization:

• Store materials in designated locations according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Implement inventory management systems to track stock levels and prevent shortages.

- Picking & Packing Orders:

• Accurately pick materials according to customer orders or production schedules.
• Pack items securely for shipment, following packaging guidelines.

- Shipping & Receiving:

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Coordinate with shipping carries to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.

- Equipment Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or damage to the supervisor.

- Other Duties:

• Assist in physical inventories as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

II. Competency & Training Acquired

• Education: A SPM / Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Experience: At least 1 year working experience in warehousing/store management.
• Skills: Basic computer operation, good communication skills, interpersonal skills and basic problem solving. Independent worker, self-driven personality, service oriented, strong leadership quality & high degree of maturity. Able to drive/manage forklift is an added advantage.

Working hours: 08:00 - 17:48
Working days: Mon - Fri
One (1) day rest in every 7 days. Must not exceed 60 hours per week including Over Time.
Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day < 8 hours) / 2.0 (Off Day > 8hours & Public Holiday/Rest Day < 8hours office hours) / 3.0 (Rest Day / Public Holiday > 8 hours office hours) - Basic salary RM4000.00 and below.
Entitle for Fix Overtime Rate, RM15/hour - Basic Salary above RM4000.00
Contribution of EPF, SOCSO & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.
Employee is protected under Group Hospitalization, Group Term Life, Group Personal Accidents & Business Travel Insurance (when required).
SALARY RANGE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
