JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, process orders, coordinate shipments, and manage documentation.
  • Inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality.
  • Organize inventory with labeling and tagging.
  • Retrieve items based on order specifications and securely pack them for shipment.
  • Process customer orders, verify order details, generate packing lists or delivery orders, and prepare shipments.
  • Assess and estimate raw material and product inventory levels based on production and sales capacities.
  • Communicate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers regarding shipments.
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts.
  • Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and report any potential hazards or incidents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management or a relevant field.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Possess knowledge of warehouse operations
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin is required, as this role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking management.

  • 每月进行库存盘点。
  • 监督仓库运营以确保效率。
  • 保持仓库环境整洁有序。
  • 遵循安全协议和指南，以确保安全的工作环境并报告任何潜在的危险或事件。
岗位要求：
  • 拥有供应链或物流管理相关领域的文凭
  • 拥有 2 年的在仓库环境中的工作经验
  • 具备仓库运营方面的知识
  • 所需技能：沟通技巧、注意细节、库存管理
  • 会操作电脑和运用办公软件
