Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Executive, you will oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with procurement and sales teams.
• Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and provide training to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, conduct regular safety inspections, and enforce company policies.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and other key metrics.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
