Inbound Team Lead, Warehouse

Role Description
The Inbound Team Lead plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse activities. This position combines hands-on operational responsibilities with supervisory duties to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional standards of productivity and safety.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in a successful and timely manner.
- Responsible for strictly adhering to the warehouse’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Responsible to ensure quantity and quality assurance of the entire stock receiving, labeling, picking, packing, QC, and loading processes are in line with the Standard Operating Procedure and/or best practices.
- Assist to load and unload stocks using equipment provided in a safe and efficient manner.
- To record, keep and maintain any required documents related to the warehouse operation.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized warehouse.
- Practice 5S in daily operations.
- Ensure safe working conditions and strictly follow the safety policy and the memo from Safety and Health Department.
- To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by the employer or any other person by or under OSHA 1994 or any regulation made there under (section 24: General duties of employees at work, OSHA 1994)
- Ensure Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is inspected daily and used properly.
- Responsible to take care of company assets and ensure all are in a good condition.
- Assist to manage the inventory (including the storage, counting, and re-ordering) of consumables and packing materials, e.g., wooden pallets, carton boxes, security seal, cellophane tape, stretch film, and stationeries.
- Strictly adhere to Company Handbook and memo issued by Human Resources (HR).
- Report any abnormality to the superior.
- Any additional tasks as assigned by the superior.
- SPM/Certificate with minimum 3 years experiences in daily warehouse operation and handling stock in/stock out
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
