Job Description :
1. Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive working environment.
2. Ability to lead, supervise and inspire the warehouse team to increase work productivity and discipline.
3. Supervise the warehouse team and manage day to day warehouse operations.
4. Establish operational processes with official SOP and conduct training for the warehouse team.
5. Ensure all warehouse operations are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
6. Coordinate and prioritize daily work activities, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
7. Organize warehouse inventory regularly, analyze data results, and propose improvement plans.
8. Ensure inbound department and work environment is neat, organized and as clean as possible (5s).
9. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse operations and handling equipment.
10. Formulate relevant equipment safety operation procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
12. Liase with hauliers for container inbound coordination.
13. Able to lead and give instructions to subordinates.
14. Perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management from time to time
15. Reports to W&D / Operation Manager.
16. Contract based.
Requirements :
1. Minimum Diploma holder.
2. Posess a positive attitude in thinking & communication.
3. Responsible, positive, possesses good work ethic, willing to stand for long periods of time.
4. Minimum 3 years in warehouse management or a similar role.
5. Able to converse & write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Independent, Hardworking, Responsible, Tactful & Punctual.
7. Excellent planning and organizing skills.
8. Able to work independently.
9. Computer literate.
10. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
