JOB SUMMARY

8+ Years of Development experience in designing, developing and maintaining web Methods based applications.
Good Knowledge and working experience in;
IS, MWS , BPM , CAF , JMS and REST APIs, Dev Ops (ADO preferred)
ADO Repo, CI/CD Pipeline for fully automated build & deployment.
Infrastructure as Code (including Infra, DB, Network, etc.)
UT Automation (JUnit or equivalent), Prior experience in supporting Performance Testing and Tuning to meet PT Goals.
TLS 1.2, OAuth2 Authentication, LDAP/OUD/FRDS/AD, MFA-SSO with SAML, Oracle TDE DB Encryption, Tokenization and File Encryption
Ensuring Code Quality & Security with Sonar Qube or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for designing, developing & maintaining web Methods based applications as per the organization’s expectations.
Responsible for automating the CI/CD via ADO until deployment.
Responsible for maintaining ADO Boards by creating and updating tasks/sub-tasks appropriately and report progress updates daily/weekly/monthly to various stakeholders and maintain a dashboard for quick status update reference.
Accountable to meet all Dev and QA standards and policies defined by the organization, including version maintenance of the automation suites.
Accountable to proactively build and maintain the monitoring requirements of production systems. Add logs where necessary, cover all failure scenarios and assign appropriate severity to notify PSS via the automated monitoring suites.
Accountable to manage team of junior resources in training, assigning work and reviewing tasks.
Contribute to improve and maintain dev standards, regression test packs to ensure maximum coverage.

Strategy

Understand the bank’s Dev Ops strategy and implementing automation solutions to improve the bank’s software delivery pipeline.

Business

This role requires broad engagement with application delivery teams across the bank, helping them adopt Dev Ops pipeline solutions to improve delivery efficiency and maturity.

Processes

Understand the bank’s software delivery processes and implement solutions in line with the bank’s compliance and security requirement.

People & Talent

Work collaboratively with a team of diverse engineers in sprint delivery. Produce technical documentation and prepare training materials on the solutions being delivered and provide technical support. Conduct briefing and/or training sessions to application delivery teams to help them get onboarded and accelerate adoption.

Risk Management

Understand bank’s risk management framework and embed that into the technology solution being delivered.

Governance

Understand bank’s software delivery & quality assurance framework and assist in solutioning in respective governance activity.

Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Education Bachler /Master degree - Computer science/Computer application
Training web Methods Integration, BPM
