Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016.
- Troubleshoot OS issues (BSOD, memory dumps), manage RAID, disk expansions, and OS recovery.
- Handle MS Clustering, Hyper-V, antivirus, backup, and server provisioning.
- Perform firmware, BIOS upgrades, and manage IBM, HP, Dell, and Cisco hardware.
- Basic knowledge of VMware and Active Directory.
- Adhere to ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
- Use ITSM tools like CA Service Desk or SNOW for ticket management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Microsoft Certified (MCSE/MCSA) preferred.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
