Job Summary:
Provide first-level technical support for Zoom and Box products, handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating complex problems as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Zoom and Box users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues; escalate to L2/L3 if necessary.
- Document customer interactions and update knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient ticket handling.
- Degree in IT or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of helpdesk experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
- Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems.
Comp TIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, Zoom Certified Integrator.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- IT Support: 2 years (Preferred)
