Helpdesk Analyst (L1) - Bilingual (Japanese & English)
Location: Malaysia (Local Malaysians Only)
Job Summary:
Provide first-level technical support for Zoom and Box products, handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating complex problems as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Zoom and Box users via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues; escalate to L2/L3 if necessary.
Document customer interactions and update knowledge base.
Collaborate with senior teams for issue resolution.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient ticket handling.

Requirements:

Degree in IT or related field (preferred).
1-2 years of helpdesk experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Fluent in Japanese and English.
Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems.

Preferred Certifications:
Comp TIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, Zoom Certified Integrator.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

IT Support: 2 years (Preferred)
