Main Responsabilities:
- Monitor System for new order activity
- Utilize TMS to consolidate orders / deliveries into optimized shipments, to select carriers for shipments in compliance with routing guide commitments
- Coordination with International suppliers (SS lines, customs brokers, Freight forwarders, transportation carriers).
- Communicate detailed shipment information to selected carriers (Tender Shipment)
- Monitor response of carriers to tendered shipments
- Take alternate action in the event of a carrier refusal
- Track /trace existing orders through delivery
- Proactively communicate service failures by carriers to affected internal customers (O2I, SNP, DC’s, Plants)
- Proactively resolve carrier service issues through determination and execution of alternative delivery method
- Track and report carrier performance data to facilitate service level improvement, (ie; tender acceptance %, On-time Arrival / Delivery)
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor or High School Diploma
- 1 Year of experience in CS&L
- Intermediate English
- Computer Skills
