Client Payment and Billing Coordinator (WFH Anywhere in Mexico)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a diligent and compassionate Client Payment and Billing Coordinator to manage payment collections, compliance, and third-party billing for our clients. This role requires tracking client payments to ensure adherence to payment plans, auditing past payments, and encouraging noncompliant clients to catch up. The Coordinator will also manage billing for third-party payers, track received payments, and follow up when payments are delayed. Your ability to blend empathy with firmness will be key in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring payment compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: $16,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote

This role requires tracking client payments to ensure adherence to payment plans, auditing past payments, and encouraging noncompliant clients to catch up. The Coordinator will also manage billing for third-party payers, track received payments, and follow up when payments are delayed. Your ability to blend empathy with firmness will be key in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring payment compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track payments to ensure clients stay on their payment plans.
- Audit previous client payment history and encourage noncompliant clients to get back on track.
- Contact clients to thank them for their payments and follow up on failed transactions.
- Address issues like expired or replaced debit cards and insufficient funds with professionalism.
- Bill third-party payers, track payments, and follow up when payments are delayed.
- Ensure all clients understand the importance of timely payments to continue receiving legal representation.
- Communicate with clients empathetically, while remaining firm in ensuring payment compliance.
- Serve as a cheerleader for clients, reminding them of the benefits of continued payment and how it helps them achieve financial freedom.
- Experience in collections, payment tracking, or billing preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic yet firm approach.
- Experience working with third-party billing and payment tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to audit client payment history and provide actionable insights.
- High-speed internet and reliable power in a quiet, private home office.
- Professional demeanor for engaging with clients and third parties via telephone and Zoom video conference.
- Base Salary: 16,000 MXN per month.
- Performance-Based Compensation: Pay over 24,000 MXN within six months based on successful payment collection, client retention, and third-party payment follow-up.
- Probation Period: A 90-day probationary period with no more than two absences without prior notice.
- Growth Potential: Higher performance bonuses for maintaining compliance in client payments and resolving third-party billing issues in a timely manner.
Pay: $16,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
