Remote Client Intake Specialist (WFH Anywhere In Mexico)

We are a law firm based in the United States, specializing in helping consumers overwhelmed by debt. Many of our clients are either excellent candidates for bankruptcy or in need of debt negotiation. We also assist those wrongfully pursued by debt collectors.
We are seeking a motivated individual with sales experience to perform initial case evaluations and determine if prospective clients are a good fit for our services. This is a remote, work-from-home position conducted via Zoom video conference and telephone, with specific working hours.
Important Note:
Pay: $18,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month

Important Note:
- This position involves zero cold calls. 100% of our outbound communications are with individuals who have already reached out to our firm for assistance.
- Conduct initial consultations via Zoom video conference and telephone.
- Maintain a professional appearance during work hours.
- Assess whether prospective clients are a good fit for the firm.
- Follow a structured script precisely to guide prospective clients through their options.
- Reach out to prospective clients who have expressed interest but have not yet engaged, missed an appointment, or met with us but haven’t hired.
- Communicate with prospective clients via phone, text, and email to inquire about their current situation and encourage them to consider our services.
- Exhibit strong listening and empathy skills to connect with potential clients.
- Handle hang-ups or dismissive responses with professionalism and persistence, knowing that we provide the best service available.
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Arizona time
- Excludes U.S.-recognized holidays
- This is a contract position, and the candidate will be responsible for their own internet, power, taxes, health insurance, etc.
- A 90-day probationary period applies, during which no more than two absences without prior notice are permitted. More than two absences within this period will result in termination.
- Pay Structure:
- Base salary plus generous performance-based compensation.
- The majority of pay comes from performance, offering unlimited earning potential for a resilient, motivated salesperson.
- Sales experience (preferably in a consultative or service-based field).
- Ability to follow scripts accurately and efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outbound communication to engage prospective clients who have already shown interest.
- A private, quiet workspace at home with reliable high-speed internet and power.
- Fluent conversational English.
- Resilience in handling rejection or difficult responses.
- Professional appearance and manner during work hours.
- Availability to work remotely during business hours.
- A college education is preferred, but not required.
Pay: $18,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
