Overview: Responsibilities:

• Conceive and Create: Bring your creative vision to life by designing impactful visual ideas for packaging, POS materials, and digital banner ads. Be the guardian of our brand, ensuring all designs align with our guidelines.
• Adapt and Innovate: Transform existing Key Visuals into engaging digital ads, presentations, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to conceptualize master graphics and tailor them for various formats.
• Collaborate and Contribute: Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative strategy discussions to develop innovative content that resonates with our audience.
• Present with Confidence: Share your designs with clients, presenting your concepts in a way that inspires and influences creative decision-making.
• Stay Agile: Embrace a fast-paced environment, quickly prototyping ideas and adapting to last-minute requests while keeping your attention to detail sharp.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, etc.)
• Experience: 3+ years in agency or in-house creative roles focused on art/graphic design.
• Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish—comfortable communicating in both languages.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design CS5 or above) and experience with Power Point and Keynote.
• Social Media Savvy: Hands-on experience managing social media for brands and understanding online marketing channels.
• Creative Portfolio: A strong, engaging portfolio that showcases your talent and creativity.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to motivate yourself and others while tackling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
