Manage and execute the activities assigned to your role, addressing the requirements of each internal and external client, while ensuring compliance with an excellent level of service.- Keep the inventory updated in the system.
- Generate the final inventory report.
- Confirm the status.
- Update and maintain the database.
- Perform system queries.
- Generate reports with proper data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with good practices.
Tus habilidades y experencias
Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, or related fields
Customer service experience (at least 1 year)
knowledge of administrative management and invoicing
intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
