Tu función

Manage and execute the activities assigned to your role, addressing the requirements of each internal and external client, while ensuring compliance with an excellent level of service.

Tus responsabilidades

Manage and execute the activities assigned to your role, addressing the requirements of each internal and external client, while ensuring compliance with an excellent level of service.

Keep the inventory updated in the system.
Generate the final inventory report.
Confirm the status.
Update and maintain the database.
Perform system queries.
Generate reports with proper data analysis.
Ensure compliance with good practices.

Mixed shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Tus habilidades y experencias

Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, or related fields
Customer service experience (at least 1 year)
knowledge of administrative management and invoicing
intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
