We’re looking for a Post sales CS representative to join our CLS Mexico CS Team in Monterrey.

As a Post sales CS representative, you’ll be responsible for servicing our national distributors and internal customers on warranty related issues, as well as overall post sales satisfaction.

What you’ll do

Provide CS support by phone and e-mail.

XGs, samples and employee Order processing

Process and manage Quality notifications and field escalations to solve more complex issues.

Management and follow up with plants and DCs for production, importation and availability of our customers' orders.

Overall Customer Satisfaction

Commit requests processing and management.
